All our Engineers have been supplied with their own transport, mobile phone and pager. The fleet of 16 vans, launched in July 2000, enables each of our Engineers to meet the speedy response times we guarantee with the added benefit of the ability to hold spares on board. Utilising our current Engineering Infrastructure, we are able to offer a value-for-money, quality service with security of supply and consistency in the quality products we support. Due to the full-coverage presented by our logical selection of locations, our courteous and co-operative Engineers are well known and highly regarded throughout the Post Office retail network.

Our fleet consists of 16 Renault Megane vans in silver and decorated in the PCI logo.The initial setup of the entire fleet was aided by Transport Section of An Post. These vans are high profile on the road, a factor which adds to the perception of 'quality of service'.
